[MV] ViaVoice updated 7/15/03

Something was gnawing at me after that last post. It didn't make sense 
that ViaVoice hadn't been updated since 2002, yet they didn't stop 
development until April of 2003.

So I looked it up. According to the Scansoft website, VV was last 
updated on 7/15/2003. So it was probably the last thing the development 
team did before disbanding (although I have no inside information to 
that).

Sorry for any confusion that might have caused.
