[MV] Dictate?

Shareholders recently received an upbeat report concerning progress in  
development and sales. I am sure that Andy or another member of staff  
will be along to provide details shortly. (I don't recall the report  
being marked confidential or anything like that, but I'm loathe to  
tread on toes!)
