[MV] Dictate Notepad issues

Using dictate 1.2 (macbook pro)

I'm curious about a few things with the Dictate Notepad :

- It seems that I can't use the right - left arrows to move around? (up and
down are ok)...

- Also it seems that sometimes the cursor will jump to another location
after I put it somewhere : like if I put it at the end - it might jump a few
words back - that type of thing

- any ideas how to tame the love beast?
