Nonetheless, it causes few problems which are app specific and can be easily excluded. The Unsanity haxies I use are indispensable for my work flow. Personally I think Apple's warnings are more political that real.

But if you are having any problems on your system at all, this would be the first thing I would recommend removing. (And, in case you didn't get the hint: I would really recommend removing it entirely to prevent future problems.)
