[MV] Problems upgrading to Nuance product...

I am unable to upgrade from my Macspeech Dictate version 1.X through the Nuance website. I am able to access my account and see that I have the 1.X version registered, but when going through the upgrade process, the page does not list any upgradable versions on my account. I've sent off a note to support, but have not received a reply yet. Has anyone else seen this?
