[MV] Dragon Dictate 2 French/English?

Amazingly, sales doesn't know the answer to these questions, and they're nowhere to be found on the Nuance web site.

Does Dragon Dictate support multiple languages? I need French and English within the same app (just like in MacSpeech Dictate International).

Is it possible to upgrade from the MacSpeech product to the Nuance product, or would I have to shell out for an entirely new product?

I suspect that someone here will have the answers!
