The frequency with which you receive mails depends entirely upon the activity on the list. The last ten days have been quiet, there was a short burst of activity just prior to that, and before that it was so quiet that people wondered if the list had closed.

That is the nature of a mailing list.

PS Ironically, the fact that you posted your request is likely to trigger more mails rather than fewer.
