Update: I called just a little while ago. Very friendly and not much time on hold. The first guy I talked to was (for the lack of a better word) a screener. I told him the paint was bubbling and now flaking off on the light colored paint on the trim above the DVD slot. Or where you right palm rest while using the track pad. He put me on hold for a couple of minutes and transferred the call to a PowerBook Specialist. The "Specialist" ask if the paint was chipping anywhere else and I said NO. I do not move this PowerBook very much. Also stated that the bubbling and chipping started a only few weeks ago. To make a long story short I should receive the box to send it in for repair tomorrow. He said there will be a one day turn around. Keep up the good work Apple. Steven, Is your bubbling happening in the same location?
