>I'm getting on average 10-15 electric shocks per day in this office, >no matter which shoes I wear. > >I'm getting them off other people, off the coke machine, off >computers, and (what worries me most) of my Ti and my brand new >Momobay. > >How do I stop this? I had a co-worker with this problem once; while it may seem frivolous/humorous to those of us who don't have the problem, this fellow fried hard drives at an amazing rate. Every 4-6 months or so we were replacing his hard drive! We were investigating similar things when the fellow left our company, so I know their are anti-static products out there, but unfortunately can't recommend. I offer this story, however, to say that there can definitely be economic consequences to not dealing with it. This place carries a variety of products: <http://www.viziflexstaticsolutions.com/cartexe/index.asp> but I repeat, I am not recommending them. A google search for "anti-static" revealed 160,000 hits. -- <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> Mike Bigley Maineville, Ohio http://www.norbertrunning.com Please support an American Indian Elder & Medicine Man by visiting the above link. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
