[Ti] Safari beta 2, no autofill?

Two postings here refer to the APPLE SITE having Safari Beta 2
on a 'page' there but I don't see Safari Beta at all. A search for 
Safari brings only the same ole original Safari.

Where is the Beta 2?
Safe to use?
