[Ti] Safari beta 2: Won't go to Dock

[David Ferleger]

When I put Safari into Dock, it (the dock icon)
does not start the program. It just moves the dock / wiggles
it a bit.

Why?

(also - the version in the column os x finder view is 0.9
but get info says it is 1.0)
