Most sites are lists of directories that are iconed to look like 
folders, no? So, if you have access to a site, and the file goes into 
the list, simply drag it to the folder/directory in the list that you 
want it to end up in.

One thing though: Let's say there's a main list with folders [which 
are really directories] that are each assigned to individual clients 
[password-protected, in other words], in that case you drag the file 
you uploaded to your designated folder, only.

If you meant, by your question, how to drag from a directory at one 
site to a directory at a different site, well, that's a goof-up, 
basically, and you have to re-up to the correct host [site]... but 
within the sub directories of the same host: just drag and drop.
