[OT] How to install Jaguar on target mode

Hi,

Im trying to install Jaguar on an old iMac. The cd-rom aint working and im doing this

1. iMac on target mode
2. Powerbook 17 with Jaguar install disk 1 inside
3. Restart powerbook with the C press down (nothing happends)

I m not a geek but need to know how to bring to life again this old iMac.
