Correct.  When I am on battery, the interference does not happen.  It only
happens when I am plugged in.  I have tried different circuits and still the
same, which makes me think it's the power supply or something inside the
computer.

I've got lots of suggestions, so I will give those a shot for my sister's
wedding tomorrow.
