PCMCIA Bluetooth cards?

Anyone have experience with any PCMCIA Bluetooth cards?  I am currently 
using a D-Link USB one (which works fine) but have been looking for a 
more physically streamlined solution for my Ti 667.  I would prefer a 
card which does not stick out of the slot at all.
