Maybe you should, but it isn't very easy to find this link unless you 
happen to know about it. :-(

I searched for "missing manual" and other parts of the book titles 
since I remembered the books was there somewhere but still didn't get 
this link as a suggestion. Had to restart and try to remember whats 
links I had used when I found the site the first time.
