I've had pretty good luck with Discribe from CharisMac Engineering

It says it's normally available for $70, but you can use your Toast 5 for a competitive upgrade at $40. That's what I did a while ago when I found that I could not upgrade my OEM version to a full version and had to buy anew at full price.
