[Ti] iphoto crashing in 10.3.1

  I have had safari crash infrequently as well as a few other programs 
and iPhoto,  after I upgraded my 10.2.8 to 10.3.1.  Every once in a 
while an app crashes.  This never happened under Jaguar.

I have also had problems voice recording into Imovie, though things 
will work in a recording app like Audacity.  I have repaired 
permissions and run other maintenance app's but I still get this 
infrequent crashing.

If anything you are not alone.
