New macam for Logitech web cam users.

Hi, Eddie Hargraves recently pointed me to a newer version of the Macam 
quicktime component that allows you to use your Logictech (based on 
previous support) with Panther.

I've been conducting one way video chats with my wife with her sending 
the video for a while now. Looks like they'll be two way from now on.
