The extra, extended keyboard, and a Kensington TurboMouse pro, are a *must have*, for me. Comfort is a tough one. I have an external monitor also, so can't comment on the 'looking down' business, much, but I am always glancing at the Ti's LCD [slightly to my, and the main screen's, left. No problems at all. I know a lot of the other people use stands to elevate theirs. Mine is sort of 'propped-up' on a defective docking station. And with the screen angled 'back' it presents itself in a comfortable manner. ~flipper
