Ti 400 mhz. Won't wake up

Hi all: All the best for 2003!

I have a Ti400 mhz. as a desk computer and sometimes cannot wake up,  the
only solution is to disconnect it, and the start all over again. I know this
problem was addressed a few weeks ago, any comments?
I run the TiBook 400 mhz with an external monitor, no battery attached, a
keyboard and a mouse. I checked the energy saver panel and it is set to
sleep after 10 min. and the hard disk to sleep whenever possible. I run OS X
10.2.3
