In the future, I'd recommend you go to your Help menu in Entourage, then
"Visit the Mactopia Web Site" and post questions on Entourage to
microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage newsgroup.  Microsoft has several
geeks monitoring that group who know most of the answers.  You can also
submit an incident via email for free, although there are several hoops to
jump through.  Either way, you'll get an answers.

Microsoft did charge us Big Bucks for Office, but they do provide good
support.
