ABS and Belkin USB adapter

Okay...I fixed my base station.  Now I'm left with the task of setting 
up my roommate's computer to be able to share my DSL via my ABS and the 
Belkin unit.  He is running Windows 98.  I installed the software, but 
there are SO many things to configure and I don't know what they should 
be.  The manual is less than helpful.  Any ideas?
