I moved a zero ohm resistor in my 400 to make it clock 500 MHz and never noticed one bit of difference other than the System Profiler telling me the cpu is clocking 500 MHz. Using Photoshop 7.0 or rendering movies with iMovie on either the 400 or my 800 I never notice any difference either. I suppose you could split hairs and find an application that the 800 excels at over the 400, but in every day use, I don't see it. The Megahertz Myth might apply to more than just comparing Apples to PC's. I think it's mostly sales hype - oooohhhh! ONE GIGA HURTS! Gotta have it!!!
