I just expect Apple to shy away from this problem in the UK. I'll be happy to be proved wrong on this one but I cannot afford to be without my machine for lengths at a time so I might wait until I go back to Asia where I can have the machine assessed, order the part, wait for it to arrive and then take it in a get it done on the spot. That's more convienient for me.
