Quartz Extreme Program

I watched Phillip Schuller's presentation at MWSF and an associate of 
his was talking about Quartz Extreme, and during his presentation he 
used a program called Quartz Extreme to demonstrate how the technology 
worked.  The program had an analog gauge that looked like speedometer, 
as well as the ability to turn QE on and off.

Anyone know how I can get my hands on this?
