If a good professional wants to decrease their abilities and performance to average, then they should adopt the tools that the average person in their field uses. If a professional wishes to excel, it is hard to excel with the tools and perspectives of the average person. Macs are very good for attorneys, who tend to be word, not technology oriented, and who may not want to support a WinTel IT infrastructure--help desk, training, network support, configuration specialists.
