I tried clearing the cache and cookies and still get a blank screen on a load. Interestingly, I just discovered that I also get a blank page on the show source. If I save the blank page from Sarari as html and load it with OmniWeb, it appears just fine. If I log in as root the same Safari application loads html just fine. ja On Sat, 18 Jan 2003 11:51:50 -0800 Joseph Ayers <lobster at neu.edu> wrote: > Prior to this seemingly spontaneous change Safari worked famously for > several days. For some reason Safari does not have the ability to display changes to a page that you visited from which a cookie or cache info was transferred to your disk. When this happened to me I launched IE out of pure frustration and found the page displayed properly. However, I also found the trashing of Cookies and Cache from Safari had the same effect. I sure hope they fix this problem. I don't want to have to go back to IE, thank you very much! jg -- Joseph Ayers, Visiting Scholar Institute for Non-Linear Science University of California, San Diego Internet: lobster at neu.edu www.neurotechnology.neu.edu --
