[Ti] Why do URL's die when wrapped?

But not necessarily every time.  I've had some URL containing 
messages with broken links over the years.  However, 99% of the time 
Eudora retains the link in a fully clickable state, even if it is 
REALLY long.

And on that note...  I'm not running OS X full time on my desktop 
machine.  So, I haven't upgraded to an OS X compatible Eudora.  For 
those that have...

How "solid" and reliable is the latest OS X version or Eudora?  Any problems?
