Mark,

I've used Eudora since they were in school, and the OSX version is 
solid as a rock. It may not look as 'elegant' as some others, but is 
still far more feature-rich and customizable than anything else out 
there, period.

User-definable 'F-Keys', alone can keep all the work on the keyboard, 
from the usual [check mail, send,etc] to 'shift-Cmd-R' for replying 
with edited, quoted text. And the reply default is NOT top-posting. 
<--which is more common in one-to-one business and personal 
communication, and not appropriate for lists, etc, anyway.  :=)
