order changes

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has any news on what apple is doing as it 
concerns recent tibook orders.

I ordered a tibook just before the new year  (Dec 28). It's through 
an educational institution (in Canada) so its normally several 
weeks/month before it shows up-but I get the price break on it.

I have heard nothing about being to able to cancel and reorder or any 
other options.
Anyone have any info on this type of thing?
