On my computer, Safari 1.0 is useless. I rarely get more than 10 minutes before it crashes. The other day it crashed when I typed search terms to search the Apple Knowledge Base. I relaunched it, tried again and it repeated the problem! I realize that many people use Safari with no problems, and my problems are probably due to conflicts with the plethora of add-on applications which I have running (QuicKeys X2, LaunchBar, Keyboard Maestro, Default Folder, CopyPaste X). But I want these add-ons, this is a stable machine, and the only apps that crash are Safari, and of course the Finder if I lose the connection to a Windows/Samba server.
