[Ti] battery problem.. help!!!

actually its

 First light 1 on
 Then light 1 still on and light 2 on
 Then light 1 and 2 still on and light 3 on
 Then light 1and 2 and 3 still on and light 4 on
 Then all the light off and light 1 on
 Repeat from beginning.
