Airport Extreme Base - How to Downgrade from Airport 3.1 to 3.0

Anyone have answers?  3.1 upgrade does not work.  Everything was fine with Airport 3.0.

Someone posted "How to Reset" and "How to Download" upgrade software.

I already know how to surf the web, and read instructions inside the box (with my Airport Extreme Base station) :-).

Hasn't anyone had this problem of being unable to go wireless when they upgrade to Airport 3.1?
