[Ti] sleep mode - Battery life

I too transport my Ti and Al books in sleep mode all of the time, but 
while we are on the subject, how about battery life in sleep mode.

It seems like with the Ti machines I could leave them asleep for a 
couple of weeks before the battery died.  With the Big Al, I am down 
to 75% after one day.   I have not done any scientific measurements 
yet, but has anyone else noticed this?
