system 10.2 sleep and mouse button isssue on Ti400

Dear List,

On my Ti 400 there is a problem using the mouse/trackpad button after 
about 10 Minutes of a restart. I can still move the mouse pointer 
everywhere, but cannot click anywhere. Also, just like my kids, my PB 
won't go to sleep on its own. I went trough the trouble of installing 
the upgrades, but that did not help. Any suggestions?
