[Ti] Ok so besides the LIDE 30 what other scanners work?

Before you through it out, check that the plug-in folder for PhotoShop 
contains the Twain source for your LIDE 30. Also make a search for 
where the Canon Software installed the LIDE driver and place that in 
the PhotoShop Plug-in folder instead.

Finally have you checked Canons homepage if there even may be an 
updated driver which should be the one placed in PhotoShops plug-in 
folder.

Perhaps somebody can add to these suggestions, so the final test will 
be successful or at least minimal in time consuming.
