[OT] iSync only one way please

I know that iSync should help me take information from two or more 
sources and make them the same. But I have now cleaned up my Address 
book and would like to replace the information in the phone. I know 
that some of the information in the phone is obsolete and I don't want 
to have that informationen added to the address book again.

So what I'm saying is: I don't want to make a sync this time. I want to 
make a transfer or copy, but I don't know how to do that. Have 
successfully connected my Ericsson T39m via Keyspan Bluetooth adapter 
to my Ti400. I can't find any preferences in iSync to have the 
information go only one way, so what do I do instead?

Help much appreciated.
