I'm 99% sure that's no ti:

*Trackpad is MUCH darker than palm area

*What's that on the side?  I know that on my ti, there's nothing on the
right side that's about level with the bottom of the keyboard

*too much space behind the keyboard

And, the clincher: *if you look at the front of the machine, the bottom
seems to "notch up" at the end, as opposed to our "flat nosed" tibooks
