[Ti] Pagemake 6.5 -> PM 7

Bill - now, I have just re-installed PM7.0 from scratch, updated it 
to 701, rebuild the desktop several times, re-started the Ti-book.
No change.  PM701 is still greyed out.

Any further thoughts ?
