The unique thing about TurboKeys is that it lets you use keyboard shortcuts to access all menu items (and many dialog-box items) in all programs, instead of having to point and click. If you prefer keyboard shortcuts to pointing and clicking, as far as I know there is nothing else available that even comes close to the functionality of TurboKeys. Full disclosure: I have no financial interest in Connectix, although I would very gladly consider an offer from their side to take over development and marketing of TurboKeys if they are going to continue to leave it abandoned.
