I don't think you can share a printer from OS 9 to OS X, but if you're running classic, you can somewhat share a printer from OS X to OS 9. All you have to do is turn on Printer Sharing in the classic USB Printer Sharing control panel, though Apple warns that having printer sharing turned on in both OS X and OS 9 at the same time could cause unexpected behavior.
