Personally I love it because of the amount of features crammed into its size. And with the new Sony Ericsson Clicker program it's become (and has the potential to be) even more useful. But, if you want polyphonic ringtones, this doesn't have it. If you want a bigger, higher resolution color screen, look to one of the newer and more expensive Nokias. If you've got big, beefy hands, you probably want to avoid it. If your idea of a perfect cellphone is one that you can use in the middle of nowhere, you probably don't want it. Definitely check the GSM reception in the areas that you frequent the most. The most complaints I've read about the T68 series is the "poor" reception. I've circumvented that problem by living in an urban area with dense GSM coverage.
