It's just putting WIFI chips on PC motherboards instead of PC Card inserts. It will do nothing except increase the number of wireless-capable portables. PowerBooks with built-in Airport have no advantage or disadvantage in this environment now and that won't be any different after the new Intel motherboards proliferate.
