There certainly is - on a site I use all day the 1.4.1 upgrade causes Safari
to crash within 10-15 minutes.

Removing JavaPluginCocoa.bundle has removed the problem, and I suspect that
takes all 1.4.1 out as well as it no longer shows in Plug ins screen.
