OmniOutliner/ScreenSnapz

HI all,
When I got my new tibook last month it had OmniOutliner and 
ScreenSnapz installed on the hard drive.  I decided to reformat and 
reinstall the system.  Things are fine but ....no Outliner or 
ScreenSnapz installed.  Looked on accompanying disks but no sign of 
either app.

So...

1. Am I out of luck ....it was installed at the factory?
2. Is it somewhere on the restore disks and I missed them?
3. Can I get these free somehow from apple or am I out  of luck.
