One possibility (other than using a PC or a Linux box) might be the Airport Extreme Basestation - I believe the newer models support dial-in via the modem - you'd have to hack them to allow connection of a cell phone via a serial cable (in much the same way that the Stealth gPort allows direct serial connections to modem-only G4 desktop machines).
