Word X under OS X (10.2.6)

I get the distinct impressionn that Word X, under 10.2.6 is less 
stable thann it was before the upgrade.

Twice today I had to 'force quit' as the Quit Word option was greyed out.
This happened every week or so before, but now it seems worse.

I think Word is ione of the least stable programs I run on my Ti-500.
(I hardly ever use IE5 now, which was probably the worst before)

Did anyone else notice a step-change in stability in Word after the update?
