A quick look at the online Apple Store shows that rig adds up to $3,448 
before taxes. The education price for an individual (college/university 
student) is $3,266 before taxes.

$2,288 is a great price for that...today. Who knows if that will stand 
when/if a 15" Aluminum model is released?
