Wrong. The COMBO can be applied to whatever OS X 10.2 you have. You may 
even REAPPLY COMBO 10.2.6 to a OS X 10.2.6.
It actually is the solution to all partial update problems suggested on 
Macfixit. Re-Apply the COMBO. No need to downgrade before doing that.
The only thing the COMBO needs is a OS X 10.2.x (whatever x is).
COMBO is a sort-of *brute-force* system installer.
